We test your well water for iron, sulfur and hardness. The system we install uses air injection: it adds air to the water, which turns dissolved iron and sulfur into particles. A 10-inch by 60-inch tank of catalytic carbon and specialty iron media catches them.
A second tank of 48,000-grain softening resin handles hardness. It cleans itself on a set schedule and uses no chemicals. We add a bypass and program both valves for your water.
The air-injection design uses no chemicals and no chlorine. The tank recharges its air pocket during each cleaning cycle, so there's nothing to add or refill between services.
The softening tank uses about 9 pounds of salt per regeneration, and the brine tank holds up to 150 pounds, so topping it up is only needed from time to time.
We'll program the valves for your water and walk you through what the system does during a cleaning cycle, so the sounds at night don't surprise you.
